EAST PRICE HILL, Ohio (WKRC) -- Four people seen toting high-powered weapons through East Price Hill [Cinncinnati] were indicted on menacing charges. Video of the young people showed them flaunting the fact they had AR 15's slung over their shoulders. The group walked through a neighborhood and posted the video on YouTube.
